We are a registered Insurance intermediary under the name PCAX Insurance Agents. We are authorised and regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya. We act by the guidelines and regulation of the IRA and the laws of Kenya.

  3. Do you add commissions and charges on the prices you show?

NO. The prices we show are the exact prices quoted by the insurance providers we work with. We do not charge the consumers for using our service. We are completely FREE to use for the consumer, we empower consumers to compare and choose the best insurance cover at the most affordable price.

  4. Shouldn't I just buy directly from the insurance companies/ providers?

We compare the different insurance products offered by over 10 different companies at present. You don't have to go to each and every insurance company in Kenya (trust me there are many...over 40 of them!). You can compare and purchase your insurance from the convenience of your mobile or computer from any of the leading insurance companies of your choice.
We know that price is important to consumers after all, that’s why you’re comparing. But everyone has different needs and so we’ll help you to find the right product for you, whether that’s by letting you filter search results or ensuring help is on hand to answer any questions you may have or help you along your purchase.

YES. You can compare and purchase the best insurance cover for you completely online. We accept MPESA, Airtel money, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and many more popular payment methods in Kenya. We won't charge you any transaction fees for card payments. Our M-PESA Paybill number is 151987.
After your purchase, our insurance experts will call you to make sure that you are happy with your policy and advise you of the after sales services we offer.

  7. How oftern do you update your website?

We update our website multiple times a day as we continuously receive updates from insurance providers. They update prices, benefits, exclusions, policy excesses and many more. We also update our Foreign exchange rates 3 times a day to ensure that we are using the latest rates. We use Forex rates to show local currency prices of International Travel Insurance prices. We guarantee our consumers that we will provide a correct, updated and reliable service for the comparison of insurance products online.

We promise to keep your personal data completely private and confidential. Data that you provide to us for the purpose of getting insurance quotes or buying insurance products will not be passed on to third party advertisers, we are constantly updating our security protection to keep your data safe.
