PESABAZAAR.com Wins BEST INNOVATIVE Company Of The YEAR 2016

PESABAZAAR.com won the BEST INNOVATIVE Company of the YEAR 2016 at the just concluded BIMA Intermediaries Association Kenya (BIAK). The BIAK Agents Choice Awards ceremony was held at Crowne Plaza, Nairobi on the evening of the 4th November 2016 in conjunction with KPMG East Africa, the official judging partner of the awards.

BIAK is the leading lobby group for the insurance agents in Kenya, championing and advocating for the needs of insurance agents and intermediaries in the industry. Started in 2012, it has grown to over 3000 members in Nairobi and major towns countrywide.

PESABAZAAR.com is the leading online price comparison website for insurance products in Kenya. It allows Kenyans to learn about insurance products, compare insurance companies, their products, benefits and prices online. This has increased education and transparency in the insurance industry, two fundamental attributes that have been lacking in the industry.

On winning the award, the BIAK chairman Mr Washington Ndegea had this to say:
